Job Summary
Lead HR digital transformation consulting by designing process innovations based on HR SaaS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle. Deliver PI/PMO and design consulting for HR SaaS implementations while establishing group HR governance frameworks. Drive innovation in HR operations and employee experience through the application of AI and ChatGPT technologies. This Associate-level role requires two years of experience in HR policy strategy or SaaS consulting, preferably within a global consulting firm. Candidates must possess strong project management and change management skills to execute these transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- HR Digital Transformation을 위한 HR SaaS ( SAP SuccessFators, Workday, Oracle 등 ) 솔루션 기반 프로세스 혁신 컨설팅
- HR SaaS 솔루션에 대한 PI/PMO/설계 컨설팅
- 그룹사 HR Governance 체계 설계
- AI & ChatGPT 등 신기술을 활용한 인사 업무혁신 및 직원경험 혁신 컨설팅
- HR제도 및 전략 컨설팅 또는 SaaS솔루션 컨설팅 경력 2년 이상 경험자
