Job Summary
Junior Auditor in Industry will manage an interesting client portfolio across various industries, with substantial client contact and opportunities to learn about client internal controls while auditing balance sheets and P&L accounts. The role includes involvement as an integrated auditor on ESG KPIs (e.g., greenhouse gas emissions, water use, waste, diversity, human rights), performing analyses on financial or non-financial topics, collaborating with cross-functional experts, reviewing financial and sustainability reporting, and developing data analytics or robotic tools. The position emphasizes working at client sites, learning through mentorship, and leveraging flexible hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics, accountancy, business economics, business engineering, civil engineering or another discipline with a relevant economic major (including solid basic coursework in accounting)
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good written and spoken English
- Born team player with initiative, analytical and communicative skills
- Interest in a diverse range of industries and sustainability trends
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally within PwC Belgium
- Experience or aptitude with data analytics, sustainability KPIs, and stakeholder collaboration
