Job Summary
PWA Compliance Liaison supports IRA/PWA compliance on construction projects, serves as the primary field-facing liaison between project teams, trade partners, and the internal IRA-PWA team, and helps reinforce compliance processes, job-classification mapping, and documentation readiness. The role involves coordinating with project management, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to monitor compliance status, resolve discrepancies, support audits and reporting, travel to project locations as needed (up to ~60%), and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in business, construction, compliance, or related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, construction administration, labor compliance, project coordination, or regulatory documentation support preferred
- Familiarity with IRA, Davis-Bacon Act, prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship compliance, and CPR reporting preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to ~60% as needed to support project execution
