PVA Production Associate- 2nd Shift

Assemble and pack PVA bags according to established procedures and quality standards while operating assembly and packing equipment. Seal bags properly, label finished products for shipment, and create all size bags to meet high standards for customers. Maintain average production rates of 120-135 bags/hr for CEs, 80-100 bags/hr for small sizes, and 55-60 bags/hr for large sizes. Train new team members on safe equipment operation, perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, and maintain accurate production records. Follow safety procedures, keep the work area clean and organized, and assist in promoting a safe work environment.
