PV Solar Field Technician II (Amite)

Operate and maintain solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, and AC/DC inverters across multiple power plants. Perform daily inspections for fluid system breaches, mechanical misalignment, and electrical failures to ensure grid power production. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic components while managing tools, vehicles, and work locations. Supervise NEE employees and contractors, oversee warranty management, and ensure regulatory compliance and inventory control. Support teammates in nearby states to maintain site reliability and operations.
