Job Summary
Lead the heat treatment section by implementing facility policies to enhance efficiency while managing and developing personnel. Responsibilities include planning and budgeting, setting targets, overseeing performance, conducting bottleneck process analyses, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in metal materials, extensive experience in heat treatment, and skills in metallurgical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in metal materials
- More than five years working experience in heat treatment
- More than three years on-site management experience in heat treatment
- Experience managing a team of more than 30 members
- Ability to use metallurgical standards and equipment
- Knowledge of the conventional metallographic atlas
- English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking)

- Good presentation and report skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software
