PV Project Director

PV Project Director leads and supports a team of Project Managers delivering pharmacovigilance projects for PrimeVigilance clients. Responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; providing PV subject-matter expertise across contracted activities; coordinating with Business Unit Leads and senior leadership; ensuring regulatory compliance and timely invoicing; overseeing training of project teams; coordinating with other departments to ensure high-quality deliverables; and actively participating in the development of PV processes, SOPs and client-facing materials. Must possess strong leadership, communication, project governance, and people-management skills, with experience in life sciences/pharma environments and proficiency in English. Additional requirements include strong organizational abilities, risk and issue management, and the capability to mentor and coach Project Managers, plus familiarity with MS Office and client-facing operations.
