PV Officer- Senior PV Officer, Team Leader (Pharmacovigilance Manager)

Manage assigned ICSR staff and propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead to optimize team efficiency. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted activities, including procedures and training enhancements. Operate as the assigned team SME, conducting ICSR processing and second quality control of cases while reviewing trackers and timesheet data for accuracy. Handle ICSR deviations with Operational Lead support and provide support to other departments as instructed. Act as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and Person Responsible for Local Screening for the designated country and language. Requires a life science or healthcare qualification with 3-4 years of PV experience, including a year in a line manager role, plus fluent English and advanced MS Office skills.
