Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate inspection and auditing projects in the renewable energy sector; develop project plans, manage budgets, lead QA and audits, build client relationships, and mentor a team of inspection and auditing professionals. Focus on ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, analyze data and inspection results to drive process improvements, and maintain strong client relationships from Shanghai office. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering/renewable energy/environmental sciences, 5+ years PV module quality experience, and fluency in English and Chinese. Travel ~20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, environmental sciences, or a related field
- At least 5 years proven experience in PV module Quality role
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Around 20% travel requirements
