Job Summary
Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking independently licensed therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LPC) to join SNF/LTC therapy teams in Washington. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities; collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; timely documentation in Athena I EMR; and compliance with agency policies. Must have a master’s degree in social work or counseling and WA licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPC); NPI; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus; valid TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid. Spanish language skills are a plus. Flexible scheduling with generous PTO, CEU support, and comprehensive benefits; remote documentation and coordination supported.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and WA licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
