Job Summary
Lead the PwC pursuits team in strategic pursuits and proposals, managing critical engagements across service lines including tax, assurance, and advisory. Oversee the development of compelling pursuit strategies and delivery of high-value bid proposals aligned with the firm’s growth objectives. Build and maintain relationships with senior partners and clients to drive winning outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher and significant experience in business development and proposal management within professional services, with strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and client engagement within professional services, with a strong focus on strategic growth initiatives.
- 7+ years specializing in pursuit management, proposal development, and strategy to secure high-value opportunities in complex environments.
- Proven track record of building, managing, and maintaining relationships at senior levels internally and externally.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value proposals and pursuits.
- Experience in facilitating business development training and coaching teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications (e.g., APMP, PMP) are advantageous.
- Advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred.
