Purification Lead Operator

Purification Lead Operator responsible for leading purification plant operations, ensuring EH&S standards are followed and performance goals are met or exceeded, and providing effective leadership to the Purification operating team to operate the plant safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements. Key duties include ensuring process safety, change management (MOC/OPHR), maintaining efficient work processes, conducting site patrol inspections to identify and eliminate hazards, coordinating with upstream and downstream units to stabilize process operation indices, and managing training for new operating staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in coal-based gas purification or similar complex plant operations, and at least 2 years as main operator or 3 years as deputy operator, with strong management, communication, and EH&S performance improvement skills.
