Purification Coordinator - Koate

Coordinate purification operations in a GMP manufacturing environment, ensuring personnel perform to established standards for cleaning and maintaining equipment per procedures, assisting with process control manipulations, and maintaining records/logs. Acts on behalf of the Supervisor when absent, supports production scheduling and facility utilization, and collaborates with the Department Manager and Supervisors to enforce policies. Leads or participates in isolating target proteins, generating work requests in Maximo, and performing SAP transactions. Demonstrates strong technical know-how, troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; training new employees as required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work rotating shifts, and meet hepatitis B vaccination requirements. Training in multimedia first aid or CPR preferred. May require equivalent combinations of education and experience per site guidelines.
