Job Summary
Lead high-energy, music-driven Pure Barre classes adhering to signature technique while guiding clients of all fitness levels through safe, effective workouts. Foster a supportive environment that encourages client retention and collaborate closely with the instructor team to represent the brand both inside and outside the studio. Master the training method through in-depth certification and maintain reliability by teaching a minimum of four classes per week across 23 weekdays, with rotating weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available 23 weekdays (Monday-Friday) to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week
- Participation in rotating weekend shifts is expected
- Willingness to complete the Pure Barre training and certification program
- A passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
- Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking in front of a group
- Strong musicality and the ability to lead to the beat
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mentality
