Job Summary
General Manager role focused on driving sales and service excellence at Pure Barre studios. Manages a team of 30+ to generate new memberships, close sales, conduct studio tours, and promote services while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. Requires leadership in coaching a sales team, retail buying, cash/credit transactions, event participation, and execution of the sales process from lead generation to close. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with members and prospects, ability to meet monthly sales quotas, use ClubReady CRM, and leverage marketing/social channels. Includes light retail area upkeep and participation in training programs, with availability for a rotating weekend morning shift; includes benefits such as base pay, incentives, and free unlimited studio membership.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady (CRM) software system
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
