Job Summary
Purchasing Supervisor responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining purchasing and inventory control procedures for hotel departments, aligning purchases with budgets and financial objectives, and improving cost savings. Works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Outlet Operations on beverage programs; sources and negotiates with vendors; oversees inventory, storeroom, receiving, and quality control; ensures compliance with food safety, OSHA, sanitation standards; manages Package Hawk software for guest/packages; supports month-end inventory reconciliation and financial reporting; leads and develops purchasing, receiving, and storeroom teams; collaborates with leadership to ensure timely product availability for events and operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 6-12 months of related purchasing/receiving/inventory experience in hospitality or similar environment
