Job Summary
Purchasing Supervisor located in Izmir, Türkiye, responsible for organizing documents, maintaining records, and managing inventory and vendor processes. Duties include inventory calculations and audits, monitoring PAR levels, reconciling invoices and receiving reports, processing deliveries, troubleshooting vendor issues, and ensuring adherence to food safety policies and local regulations. Supervises and coaches staff, conducts scheduling and training, upholds quality standards, and supports a team-focused environment. Requires clear, professional communication, ability to stand for extended periods, and physical capability to move items up to 50 pounds.
