Purchasing Storeroom Supervisor

Manage the storeroom safely by receiving, storing, and issuing parts and materials to mill personnel while maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Purchase maintenance, repair, and operating supplies in a timely manner, negotiate vendor contracts, and develop long-term relationships to ensure cost-effective inventory supply. Collaborate with mill management and the maintenance planner on job planning, enter Materials Requirement Planning and cycle counts into the MAXIMO system, and research descriptions for new inventory items. Meet or exceed key performance measures and ensure purchasing policies and corporate safety guidelines are followed.
