Job Summary
Manage daily supply counts, process purchase requisitions, and maintain accuracy of operational and MRO inventory within the tool crib and CMMS software. Review purchase orders, create spot buys, and resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoicing while collaborating with internal customers to minimize downtime and stockouts. Lead inventory control efforts, 5S, and Kaizen projects to optimize costs and continuous improvement. Coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery, manage vendor contracts, and create satellite locations for distribution center supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution environment
- 2 to 4 years in inventory management, purchasing or related supply chain field
- Strong PC skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Light manufacturing/industrial experience
- Basic understanding of Vera Bradley manufacturing and operational process

- D365 experience
- Familiar with CMMS software
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with setting up and maintaining data within ERP systems
