Job Summary
Manage the purchase order process, receiving, and replenishment of clinical supplies across multiple TCO clinics while monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for daily operations. Identify and resolve product availability issues, oversee physical inventory processes, and maintain accurate par levels within the inventory system. Monitor product expiration dates, assist with new user training for MotionMD, and support clinic room stocking. Work independently with minimal supervision, handling interruptions and meeting deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in materials management related position such as purchasing, inventory management, or hospital supply chain
- Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, practices, and business ethics guidelines
- Ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
- Ability to demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
- Ability to work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines. Prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally in face-to-face, phone and email interactions
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day)
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds
- Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents
- Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm out of our Plymouth location
