Job Summary
Coordinate purchasing activities to support manufacturing and operations; manage RFQs and bid list activities; conduct price analytics and update material cost standards and cost variances in ERP; support supplier performance reviews and readiness for product launches; expedite orders and address critical shortages; mentor purchasing staff and drive supplier negotiations and value capture in the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
- ERP experience
- Ability to travel 25%
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and reporting
