Job Summary
Conduct ongoing business with established MRO providers and execute the PR/PO process for spare parts and supplies. Manage vendor quotes for accuracy and competitive strategy while verifying and invoicing consigned MRO inventories. Direct operators to ensure MRO receiving and warehouse operations run smoothly. Monitor and maintain MRO inventory system data, report on cycle count activity, and provide spending analysis against monthly operating budgets. Comply with health, safety, and environmental programs. Work core business hours Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing and inventory control
- several years of relevant experience
- good command of written and spoken English

- business administration major or advanced degree in a related field
- previous experience in the manufacturing industry
