Job Summary
Procurement-focused role: manage purchase orders in ERP (e.g., SAP), track order status and supplier performance, coordinate quotations and RFQ/RFP processes, support cost analysis and supplier selection, and collaborate with engineering, finance, quality, and operations to meet project timelines. Maintain procurement records, ensure policy compliance, and support audits and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive environments
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
