Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment by sourcing, purchasing, receiving, deploying, repairing, redeploying, and retiring assets via the JIRA ticket system. Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders and damaged items, ensuring timely delivery and satisfactory quality while monitoring stock levels and managing inventory data. Progress purchase orders within budget constraints and report supply issues to the Engineering Procurement Lead. Properly assign equipment to employees and maintain organizational records.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English: both written and spoken
- Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High sense of responsibility and integrity, and ability to work without constant supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably previous experience in procurement field of IT equipment
