Job Summary
Purchasing and Receiving Clerk for Coury Hospitality properties. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, receiving deliveries, verifying quantities and specifications against purchase orders, tracking order status, maintaining accurate purchasing and receiving logs, coordinating with Finance for invoice approvals, and ensuring inventory accuracy and storage according to safety guidelines. Must establish vendor relationships and negotiate prices and delivery terms, assist with audits and inventory reconciliation, communicate with department heads to anticipate inventory needs, participate in continuous improvement of procurement and receiving processes, and support a positive, guest-focused work environment. Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays in Grapevine, TX. The role is non-exempt, hourly, and on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, receiving, or inventory management, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail.
