Job Summary
Storeroom Agent in OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park Purchasing team. Responsible for maintaining organized storerooms, coordinating delivery schedules, expediting the distribution of supplies, and inputting data into the resort’s systems to manage inventories. Maintains accurate inventory records, ensures proper product rotation for perishable items, and supports storeroom personnel. Requires high school diploma (some college preferred), computer proficiency, and strong organizational and English communication skills. This role supports the opening team at OKANA and contributes to delivering guest experiences through effective purchasing and inventory management.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma; some college preferred
- Experience in purchasing/receiving
- Computer proficiency to manage receiving process, utilize hotel computer systems, and record inventories
- Organization skills to manage storerooms and deliver supplies according to OKANA standards
- Strong communications skills; read, write, and speak English fluently
