Job Summary
Purchasing Receiver负责接收、核对并处理酒店物业收到的物资;执行仓库/ storeroom操作、库存维护、按FIFO/BAR等方法进行货品轮换与盘点,协调将包裹派送至前台或客房,并维护整洁有序的仓储区,同时遵守安全与卫生标准,具备基本数学、计算和电脑系统使用能力,以及驾驶资格以驾驶运送用的高尔夫车等工具。该岗位要求具备良好客服能力、对 guest 需求的快速响应,以及在酒店环境中与供应商和同事进行有效沟通的能力。
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Food handling experience desired
- Valid driver's license in good standing with clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate with guests and vendors
- English language proficiency
