Job Summary
Lead automation initiatives within the Automotive Aftermarket by transforming manual procedures into end-to-end automated processes using advanced bot technologies. Responsible for integrating AI systems into existing IT environments and evaluating technologies (e.g., AI Agents, LLMs, ML, Computer Vision) to scale automation. Design, process, and visualize data to build robust reporting systems, KPIs, and automation solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Manage and execute supplier quality activities (PPAP, APQP) per automotive standards, conduct supplier evaluations and quality audits, and implement measures to improve supplier performance. Serve as a mentor and strategic partner to key suppliers and ensure timely renewal of relevant certifications. Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in IT, Data Science, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI technologies with focus on deploying foundation models via APIs
- Proficiency with workflow automation software (Power Automate) and data analytics tools (KNIME)
- Application development (Python, Power Apps)
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks (e.g., Claude) is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel
- Familiarity with automotive/technical products sector is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
