Job Summary
Define and maintain inventory levels to balance valuation with customer lead-time requirements while monitoring demand across SPS Commerce, Shopify, and Amazon. Execute data-driven purchasing for raw materials and packaging, negotiate vendor discounts, and manage bulk compounding, filling, and assembly plans. Coordinate freight shipments, evaluate vendors, and create daily production schedules to ensure full fulfillment. Support ERP system implementation and update SOPs as needed. Requires 3+ years in material management or supply chain, proficiency with ERP systems, and experience in skincare/cosmetic packaging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in material management, inventory control, purchasing or supply chain
- Experience using ERP systems and 2 years of planning experience in a manufacturing operation
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine purchasing needs
- May require travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with skincare/cosmetic packaging and raw material purchasing experience highly desirable
- Experience using ERP systems is very helpful
