Job Summary
Manage procurement operations for OFCI Equipment by coordinating vendor submittals, analyzing quotes, and driving equipment approvals to align with construction schedules. Assist the procurement team with daily tasks including entering purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and tracking budgets while maintaining compliance with department and vendor guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for scheduling start-up and commissioning support, manage equipment inventory planning, and conduct safety evaluations at project sites. Travel up to 5% for vendor audits and occasional site visits to ensure product alignment and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction science, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain or construction role
- Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strong commercial background
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
