Purchasing Officer - Trade

Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring timely conversion of purchase requests and accurate order confirmation. Monitor daily deliveries, manage re-deliveries for delayed items, and communicate supply concerns to end-users. Reallocate orders to alternative suppliers when necessary and coordinate with Finance on unpaid invoices and delivery reports. Maintain the purchasing masterlist, including vendor details, ingredients, prices, and payment terms, while filing accreditation requests for new suppliers. Requires 1-2 years of end-to-end purchasing experience, preferably in the F&B industry with food category exposure.
