Job Summary
Define and implement a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives while leading strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. Identify cost-saving initiatives and manage supply chain risks to ensure quality, compliance, and business resilience. Build collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and R&D to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Develop and mentor a high-performing procurement team while adopting digital tools and data analytics to enhance overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement leadership roles, with a significant portion at a strategic level
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing global procurement strategies that deliver significant cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex contracts and supplier relationships
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, risk management, and ethical sourcing
- Experience with procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
