Job Summary
Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain for SeAH Superalloy Technologies’ manufacturing operations. Develop and execute supply chain strategies, manage S&OP processes, oversee supplier and subcontractor performance, drive production planning and inventory control, coordinate domestic and international logistics, ensure quality and compliance, and lead Lean and ERP/MRP initiatives to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy, and KPIs such as OTIF and working capital. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in progressive supply chain roles within regulated, specialty-metals or advanced-manufacturing environments, with ERP/MRP proficiency; MBA or APICS certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in specialty metals, advanced manufacturing, or industrial production
- Experience operating in a regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
