Job Summary
Purchasing Manager – Renovations responsible for leading procurement, coordination, and administration of FF&E and supplies for hotel renovations and capital improvement projects. Partners with property leadership, contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure projects meet brand standards, are completed on time and within budget. Oversees sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, budgeting, PO administration, and reporting, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving operational efficiencies. Supports capital planning/forecasting and maintains accurate project tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of purchasing in a high volume, construction environment
- Hospitality, multi-family, and/or retail industry experience
- Strong analytical, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analytics)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage procurement across renovations/PIPs
- Travel may be required intermittently
- Education: High School diploma; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field (preferred)
