Job Summary
Manage the full procurement cycle for medical consumables, from sourcing to delivery, while identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs in coordination with warehouse and operations teams, and review purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements. Conduct market analysis to source alternative suppliers, prepare periodic procurement reports for top management, and collaborate with finance to ensure budget alignment. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the medical or healthcare sector
- proven exposure to consumables and supplier networks
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and procurement reporting tools
- Thorough understanding of procurement policies, asset management systems, and relevant ISO standards
