Job Summary

Lead all procurement activities supporting plant operations, including sourcing of production materials, services, and indirect supplies; develop and manage supplier network, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost reduction and process improvements; oversee RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate pricing and long-term supply agreements, manage supplier selection and audits, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality management system requirements; collaborate with Finance and Operations on capital and production purchasing, and support documentation control activities and supplier innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of progressive purchasing experience within automotive or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Strong background in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis
