Job Summary
Build and refine the department's purchasing playbook while leading a team of Purchasing Coordinators to establish priorities and improve workflows. Modernize the purchasing tech stack through ERP optimization, automation, and AI-assisted forecasting tools, and oversee inventory planning across multiple warehouses to maintain safety stock levels and monitor inventory turns. Manage the full procurement lifecycle from demand planning through payment, approve purchase orders within authority limits, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP requirements. Partner with Manufacturing, Product Development, and Technology to ensure uninterrupted production and optimize supply chain logistics. Develop and manage purchasing budgets, analyze cost trends for savings, and present metrics to executive leadership. This on-site role in Jupiter, FL requires 3–5 years of purchasing experience and offers a competitive salary with quarterly bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Experience leading a small team, mentoring others, or owning a key process preferred
- Experience within a manufacturing, food production, consumer packaged goods (CPG), pharmaceutical, or regulated environment preferred
- Experience managing supplier contract and term negotiations
- Experience with strategic sourcing initiatives
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing purchasing budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced spreadsheet analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Self-motivated with the ability to make sound business decisions independently
- Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
