Purchasing Manager

Purchasing Manager responsible for end-to-end procurement for Wisconsin and New Jersey plants, defining and governing procurement processes aligned with Global Procurement and Quality standards, leading inventory, warehouse, and supplier management, and driving cost reduction, value engineering, and risk mitigation. Own PPV, savings targets, supplier performance, and long-term supplier development. Lead the Purchasing Department (Operational and Project Buyer/Planner roles), establish KPIs linked to S&OP and operational performance, and oversee make-or-buy decisions, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment with cross-site frameworks. Build a best-in-class procurement organization through coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Requires collaboration with Operations, R&D, Production Engineering, Quality, and Finance; preferred experience in electronics manufacturing, ISO 9001, and relevant ASCM/APICS certifications; D365 experience is a plus. Hybrid work option available in the specified US locations.
