Purchasing Manager

Oversee all purchasing and procurement activities, sourcing raw materials, finished goods, packaging, equipment, and services while negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships by evaluating supplier quality, pricing, and delivery performance, then resolve issues related to shortages, quality, or shipping delays. Develop and execute purchasing strategies that support company objectives, monitor inventory levels, and forecast requirements to ensure product availability for production and customer orders. Review and approve purchase orders, coordinate schedules with manufacturing and warehouse teams, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Lead and mentor purchasing team members, prepare cost analyses and performance metrics, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
