Job Summary
Evaluate and select suppliers for materials, components, and services aligned with quality, cost, and delivery targets. Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure optimal value while establishing long-term partnerships. Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure material requirements and on-time availability. Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database, including vendor onboarding and documentation management. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement within procurement processes. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procurement guidelines, and ERP workflows. Support supply chain risk management by identifying potential disruptions and implementing mitigation plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and contract management
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
