Purchasing Executive (Finland Plant)

Purchasing Executive responsible for managing purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, and supporting Finland plant procurement while based in Sri Lanka. Responsible for maintaining accurate purchasing records and reports, coordinating with internal departments to ensure material availability and production continuity, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards. Requires a degree or professional qualification in supply chain, purchasing, or related field; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; and proficiency with MS Office/ERP systems. 01-year fixed-term contract.
