Job Summary
Purchasing Excellence/Digitalization Expert responsible for daily operational support for processes, systems, data, and transactions; maintaining accuracy and reliability of routine system activities and master data; providing user support and addressing questions; contributing to continuous improvement through process or system enhancements; leading improvement initiatives related to processes or systems including testing and basic implementation tasks; performing data maintenance, transaction processing, and quality checks; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable process execution and system functionality; requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-5 years of advanced purchasing experience, familiarity with ERP/workflow tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of advanced experience in a professional purchasing capacity (technical/commodity purchasing, purchasing project management, purchasing management, etc.)
- Basic understanding of business processes and systems, preferably with exposure to ERP or workflow tools
- Clear communication skills to support users and document procedures
- Hands-on experience with data maintenance, transactions, or user support in daily operations
- Background working with cross-functional teams or supporting multiple users/stakeholders
- Fluency in English
