Job Summary

Conduct daily inventory maintenance by bar coding parts, labeling arrivals, and organizing supplies into appropriate bins. Order and receive parts and equipment while maintaining clean and orderly supply areas. Complete all paperwork daily and enter inventory counts into the automated system. Monitor boiler fuel and other crucial stock levels for the Production Department. Operate rental machinery such as a Bob Cat or forklift safely. Work the second shift, including overtime and weekends as needed. Travel to offsite locations and climb stairs frequently.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read and write
  • Excellent attendance
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of how to use parts catalogs
  • Ability to use a calculator to perform addition and subtraction functions
  • Must be able to climb 1 to 2 flights of stairs frequently
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Able to operate a Bob Cat/case loader and forklift and other rental machinery
  • Must be a self-starter and operate this department with a minimum of supervision
  • Able to assess a situation and formulate a proper course of action
  • Use equipment in a safe manner as instructed by management
  • Work safely and observe all safety rules
  • Must be willing to work all shifts, over-time and weekends as needed
