Purchasing Coordinator

Serve as primary point of contact for all purchasing inquiries, orders, and vendor communications, coordinating purchase orders in Buildertrend and resolving inaccuracies. Negotiate with suppliers for quality products and services at optimum pricing while facilitating vendor bidding, tracking, and award processes. Compile cost analysis for bids, obtain cost and takeoff data for change orders, and manage price sheets and cost catalogs to ensure accuracy. Maintain material takeoffs and estimate data, assist with budget creation, and ensure vendor compliance with contract requirements and insurance policies. Expedite deliveries as needed and update all vendor information within Buildertrend.
