Job Summary
Collaborate with operations to define material and service needs while negotiating and managing purchase orders to meet site demands. Maintain supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, fill rate, and quality, ensuring adherence to internal procurement expectations. Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities, provide analysis for make/buy decisions, and develop cost savings strategies. Negotiate supplier agreements and manage purchasing activities within a manufacturing environment. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills for large matrix work, and a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.
