Job Summary
Purchasing Associate to manage purchasing and parts processes across departments using Service Titan, including creating and tracking purchase orders, coordinating special orders, managing technician part requests, overseeing inventory and monthly closeouts, coordinating parts pickup/delivery, verifying warranties, handling vendor warranty returns and claims, and building strong vendor relationships to improve procurement efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a similar role
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar service management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, seeking improvements in processes
- Ability to handle vendor relations and warranty claims effectively
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
