Job Summary
Forecast inventory needs and align purchasing to maximize service levels and inventory turns. Manage material flow to ensure timely delivery from suppliers and distribution centers while resolving purchasing and inventory issues across departments. Partner with Product Managers to build supplier relationships, maintain ownership of assigned products and regions, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across the supply chain. Work independently within internal processes, seeking appropriate approval from Product Category Managers and Inventory Pricing Manager. Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse, sales, and marketing to increase customer satisfaction and support overall business success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or Business-related field
- Approximately two years of experience in purchasing, planning, or inventory management
- Ability to work with a variety of analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Aptitude to learn new computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
