Job Summary

Monitor and replenish product stock according to established par levels while receiving, unpacking, and verifying medical supply and pharmaceutical shipments. Order non-medical items for office, janitorial, and breakroom needs, then distribute supplies to correct storage and point-of-care locations. Facilitate product returns through vendor and ENVI software, review physician preference cards for surgery case carts, and assist with inventory counts and quote requests. Maintain accurate data entry within inventory and clinical system software while participating in special projects like recall notifications and barcode label updates. Work independently with minimal supervision, lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Ability to lift objects more than 25 pounds and less than 60
  • Ability to push/pull objects more than 50 pounds on a cart
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and reaching
  • Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents
  • Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer)
  • Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, practices, and business ethics guidelines
  • Ability to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
  • Ability to demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally in face-to-face, phone and email interactions
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work Tuesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Ability to work out of Two Twelve Surgery Center in Chaska
  • Ability to work part-time (0.8) position

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in materials handling related position such as purchasing, warehouse, or hospital supply chain experience
