Job Summary
Purchasing and Inventory Specialist responsible for end-to-end procurement of installation, service, and supply materials. Tasks include evaluating purchase request forms, obtaining supplier quotes, updating pricing and lead times, maintaining ERP item cards and vendor records, processing purchase orders and change orders, monitoring backlogs and delivery dates, reconciling invoices with PO data, and coordinating with Administration, Production, and Sales to ensure timely material availability for installations and service work. Requires configuring custom-made materials per specifications, strong vendor management, and attention to accurate documentation and timely updates in Navision/WMS/CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory control and/or purchasing
- Must be at least 21 years of age
