Job Summary
Manage rebate, discount, and incentive processes and payments with Builders and Suppliers while collecting and analyzing cost information to support sourcing events. Develop tools, templates, and processes to scale the Purchasing Program, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for Builders to unlock program value. Facilitate programming with the Product and Procure team and handle ongoing communications regarding incentives after setup. This role launches the program from the ground up within a VC-backed startup transforming home design and construction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of data management and financial analysis experience
- Construction industry experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to make thoughtful, analytical decisions
- A knack for being process-minded--you're thinking about current and future impact of what you're implementing
- Strong financial analysis, tech savvy, and project management skills
